Our Story

S&L Motor Service was established by Richard Lewis in 1946. His sons Bill & John took control in 1978 and have been continuing his high standards of quality ever since. S&L Motor Service started as an automotive machine shop and has grown into a full service repair facility. Our shop service includes but not limited to a full automotive machine shop, engine rebuilding, engine diagnostics with our SnapOn Verus Analyzer, general automotive repairs which include but not limited to brake services, suspension repairs, transmission services, engine services including but not limited to head gasket, timing belt, cooling system repairs. We also do classic and antique automotive restoration. We services customers from all over Pennsylvania, NEPA, New Jersey, New York and other surrounding areas.
